Pollo a la Mexicana

4 Half Chicken Breast 

1 Small Onion

2 Green Bell Peppers

1 Cup. Corn

1 Cup Cream

1/4 Tsp. Paprika

1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 Tsp. Chicken Bouillon (Chicken Knorr Salt)

1/2 Tsp. Salt

Garlic Salt & Pepper

Directions: Sprinkle Chicken Breast with Garlic Salt and Pepper, Brown each side. Fry Bell Peppers, Onions.

Add the rest of the Ingredients and let simmer till tender. Pour over Chicken Breast.
