Raspberry Cream Cheese Pie
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Cornstarch
1/3 Cup. Water
1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
Combine in a blender.
Bring to a boil and set aside.
2 Pkgs. Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 Egg white
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 Citrus Juice
Mix well then add:
1 Cup white Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup Cream
(Heat Chocolate Chips and Cream until melted)
Crust:
Cookie crumbs (Gamesa Polvorones con Nuez)
Butter
Crush Cookies add just enough Butter so Crumbs stick together. press into a pie plate.
Pour over half of the cream cheese mixture, and half of the raspberry mixture. pour over the rest of the cream cheese mixture and decorate pie with raspberry mixture
Bake for 45 min at 350F.
Let cool for 3 hours
