Pineapple Rolls

1 Cup. Warm Water

2 Tbsp. Sugar

2 Tbsp. Yeast
1 1/2 Cups Milk

3/4 Cup. Sugar

1/4 Cup Butter

2 Tsp. Salt

4 Eggs

Flour

Filling:

1 Lt Pineapple 

1 Egg

1/4 Cup Water

2 Tbsp. Cornstarch

Bring to a boil to thicken 

Topping:

1 Cup. Cream

1 Cup. Sugar

1/2 Cup Butter

Directions:

Combine warm water, sugar, yeas.

Add Milk, Eggs, Salt

and Butter mix well then add Flour enough to makee a soft down knead. Cover and let rise until dough size is doubled .

lunch down and let rise again.

roll dough out in rectangle shape and top with pineapple mixture, roll up and cut in 1/2 inch rolls place in a glass dish cover and let rise until rolls are double. bake until tooth pick comes out clean. while rolls are still warm pour over topping.
