Meatballs

1 1/2 Kg. Ground Beef

1/2 Cup Milk

2 Eggs

1/2 Tsp. Garlic Salt

1/2 Tsp. Pepper

2 Tsp. Chili Powder

2 Tsp. Salt

1 Cup. Cracker Crumbs

1/2 Cup Onions (Grated)

Sauce:

2 Tbsp. Butter

1 Tsp. Butter

1 Tsp. Beef Bouillon (Beef Knorr Salt)

3/4 Cup Cream

Salt & Pepper to taste.

Directions:

Mix the meat, form balls and fry in oil. mix sauce ingredients add the meatballs and simmer. 

Sprinkle with Parsley Flakes.
