Coffee Cookies

2 Cups. Sugar

1 Cup Oil

1 Cup. Hot Water

2 Tsp. Istant Coffee

1 Cup Pecans

3 Cups Flour

2 Eggs

1 Tsp. Baking Soda

1 Tsp. Baking Powder

1 Tsp. Vanilla

1 Tsp. Salt

Directions:

Mix hot Water with Coffee.

Mix the rest of the ingredients, except the flour.

Add Coffee and then flour combine well, place 1 Tbsp. batter on a cookie sheet and bake.
