Camarones (Shrimp)
2 Jalapeño Peppers
1 Bell Pepper
1 Onion
1 Box Pure de tomato
1/2 Cup. Caldillo
Salt, Garlic Salt to taste
Shrimp
Directions: Fry Peppers and Onions, in a separate bowl mix tomato juice (Caldillo) tomato sauce (Pure de Tomate) salt , Garlic Salt. Cook Shrimp and mix with sauce, add peppers and simmer for 5 minutes
Note: You can also make this with chicken breast.
